For today’s short post, we’re highlighting a few of the things we genuinely appreciate about this space. We could use it, given that hopium is approaching all time lows.
For instance… we appreciate that the “llama” meme, that would spawn so many of the rare success stories of this bear market (Llama Risk, DeFi Llama, Llama Lend), has origins from such a truly outstanding individual in the form of Kendrick Llama:
We appreciate for the innovators who aren’t waiting for a bull market to launch, as is the case with Inverse Finance’s sINV:
And f(x) Protocol v2’s white paper, being leaked in snippets over the past week:
We’re grateful that, for the handful of holdouts like me, the $PRISMA saga may have another chapter:
But honestly, we’re most appreciative that we came across this gem of a story…
This isn’t the good part, (although it’s good advice.) There are so many beautiful things about this.
Let’s start with the function selector dubbed “code is law”
Every time they execute a transaction, they go the extra mile to guarantee the transaction hash begins with vanity letters 0xbeef…
To understand why this is impressive, note that the horsepower required to generate this vanity transaction hash is already significant…
As a searcher, it’s difficult enough to find a transaction before everybody else. To solve this problem, and then brute force your way to dropping it into a tx that generates your vanity callsign is one heckuva flex.
To top it all off… they picked the ENS handle bigbrainchad.eth
Yes, indeed ser.
You are a big brain chad indeed…
