Threshold proposes to acquire WBTC. Apparently we’re in the merger and consolidation phase of BTC DeFi.
Fitting that the merger proposal is coming from Threshold, which was formed as a merger of Keep + NuCypher.
The whole controversy started last month as a result of WBTC’s dalliance with Justin Sun. For more background:
